What kind of building contracts do you use?
Any work over $10,000.00 requires a building contract to undertake the works. We offer fixed price contracts for standard designs and simple alterations or cost plus contracts for unusual or larger scale projects.
What kind of insurance do you have?
We provide all our clients with Domestic building insurance if the works are over $16,000.00 and as standard we also include public liability and contract works insurance to ensure all our projects are fully covered for any event.
